The space
Immersed in greenery and tranquillity, the liberty villa of the early 1900s "Villa Clara" was built by an ancestor of mine as a family holiday home. In the garden there are flowers with a thousand scents and fruit trees, even exotic ones, thanks to the skillful mastery of my dear father who left us a few years ago, whose juicy and tasty fruits can be savored in every season.
In the morning you will be awakened by the melodic chirping of birds and by the sun that illuminates the garden from the early hours of dawn.
But now I will describe where you will stay, to let you experience these emotions too.
The accommodation, consisting of an entrance kitchen equipped with every comfort (hob, sink, refrigerator, electric fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, 7 kg washing machine, 32 "Android smart TV, if desired, can also be used as a second monitor in case of remote working (smart working) with HDMI cable, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle), where there is a double sofa bed and a reclining bed. An iron with ironing board and a clothes horse are also available (of including a small one also in the bathroom).
Bathroom equipped with sink, half bath and hand shower with two attachments, wall mounted and with sliding rail, toilet, bidet, hair dryer.
Hallway between living area and sleeping area with chest of drawers with mirror and large drawers.
Large pantry/utility room with painted shelving.
Single bedroom with single bed, wardrobe with internal mirror.
Double bedroom with double bed, desk, wardrobe with internal mirror and 43" android smart TV.
Covered porch for the exclusive use of guests, with a round table for outdoor dining and a wooden table for two.
Portion of garden and uncovered parking space in the garden available for guests.
Windows all equipped with railings and mosquito nets.
Located in a quiet area, very cool in summer, even if without air conditioning.
Android smart TVs are of the latest generation, both equipped with a free Netflix, Raiplay and Youtube subscription.
Accommodation equipped with wi-fi with very fast TIM fiber internet connection and the possibility of direct internet connection to the modem with Ethernet cable.
There is a methane gas leak detector in the kitchen with an external safety solenoid valve, while in the bedroom hallway there is a carbon monoxide (CO2) and smoke detector.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a portion of the garden, an exclusive porch and an uncovered parking space inside the fenced-in garden.
Included in the Airbnb price, the initial supply of sheets, bath and kitchen towels and tablecloth for the kitchen table, while any subsequent changes requested by guests are subject to payment, at a cost of 20 euros/person, to be paid separately in cash in the structure.
Cleaning services, linen change and bed making are not performed during the stay.
I also offer complimentary tea and coffee for breakfast on the first day of hospitality.
Other things to note
Tourist Tax: With Resolution of the Municipal Council of Loano no. 41 of 06/12/2017 the Regulations for the application of the Tourist Tax pursuant to Art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23 of 14/03/2011. With Municipal Council Resolution no. 123 of 07/12/2017 and subsequent amendments the rates of the Tourist Tax for accommodation facilities have been approved. For Furnished Apartments for Tourist Use (AAUT) the tax amounts to 1.00 euro per day per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in the same accommodation facility in the period from 1 April to 31 October, to be paid in cash at the 'host at check in. For concessions and exemptions see Art. 6 of the aforementioned Regulation.
