This beautiful, luxurious and truly unique modern apartment right by the sea in a highrise building built literally on top of water -- all to yourselves. This is the 14th floor above ground, from where you will have spectacular views to the surrounding waters and over the neighbourhood. There are no other locations like this.
The space
Master bedroom has a super-comfy 180 cm wide double bed, bedside tables and an electrically adjustable working desk with a monitor and a laptop stand + office chair. The secondary bedroom has a 120 cm wide, also very comfortable bed accommodating 1-2 persons + optionally a 90 cm wide foldable bed for a 3rd sleeper. It also has a complete office setup with an electric desk, office chair and a large 42" 4K monitor with the latest Chromecast model. There's also a cupboard for clothes, an armchair and a small table.
Both bedrooms have double blinds to block all light from outside to ensure perfect sleep for as late in the morning as you want. The smart lighting in every room is complete and can be adjusted for brightness and color / color temperature with remote controls in every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can ever need, including an espresso machine, rice cooker, power blender and even a pressure cooker, on top of all the usual stuff. You can freely use the many spices, oils, flours and sauces you can find in the kitchen.
There's a proper Finnish sauna in the apartment, hot & ready at all times. Just open the lid and it's ready to go immediately. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are included for your convenience, as well as shampoo and body wash.
In the living room you have a 65" OLED smart-TV with all the streaming services + Dolby Atmos home theater audio system and superior recliner sofas for maximum enjoyment. Also connected is a Playstation 4 Pro game console with PSVR, Aim + Move + Force Feedback steering wheel controllers and lots of games. There's also an XBox One game console + games, and an electric piano with a real full-weighted touch and separate audio system. WiFi operates at 100 Mbps on both 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies.
Guest access
Right at the root of the building there's a sandy beach and a private pier / terrace area for tenants. There are lots of good fishing spots right next to our building, too. Fishing gear is available to guests.

This apartment is our home and we love living here. We love it so much that we want others to have a chance to enjoy it, too! Being passionate travelers ourselves, we are happy to try and arrange an escape of our own for the duration of your stay, leaving our home to you. While it is not always possible to arrange, we always want to try, so feel completely free to suggest any period of time you have in mind.
