This recently renovated home boasts a flexible 4 bedroom layout, 2 full bathrooms, and an expansive backyard with a private pool and outdoor shower. Just a short bike ride from both East Hampton and beach access, this tranquil oasis sits on a beautifully manicured acre of land, complete with 2 indoor fireplaces, central heating and air conditioning, and all the amenities you need to make it your home away from home. Every Rove property is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, Nespresso machines, high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our TVs are powered by Roku, and we provide complimentary access to streaming accounts for Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.

Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Rove workstations are generally equipped with:

Other things to note
Please kindly note that we have a mandatory $2,000 security deposit fee in place which will only be waived on a case-by-case basis.The security deposit is fully refundable once the property inspection is completed and there are no damages or extra cleaning required. We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.

-If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to pay an additional $50/night.
Parking Details:
-Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking.
Disclaimers:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $150 charge.
