- 2 minute walk to the Porter Square red line MBTA subway station, and 1 station stop away from Harvard’s main campus.
- Our home is close to Tufts, Harvard, Lesley, and MIT. Easy access to downtown Boston via subway or car.
- Includes an off-street parking spot for 1 car located right in front of the property. We also have a visitor street parking pass available for a 2nd car.
The space
This is a 4-story townhouse:
1ST FLOOR
- Living space with gas fireplace, dining table, and luxury chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, large Thermador stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and restaurant-quality gas stove and oven. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.
2ND FLOOR
- Two private bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, large closets, office desk/chair. One of the bedrooms has a workstation (computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse).
- Full bathroom with tub, shower, sink, and toilet.
- Large capacity in-unit washer and dryer that is free of charge for guests to use.
3RD FLOOR
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and workstation (computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, office desk/chair).
- En-suite master bathroom with luxury bathtub, shower, toilet, and dual vanity sinks.
- Outdoor porch through a set of sliding doors in the master bedroom that leads out to an outdoor sitting area with benches and side tables.
BASEMENT
- 2 beds (1 queen, 1 twin), private en-suite bathroom, work station (desk, chair, computer monitor, keyboard) and even a private kitchenette.
- Basement also has its own private entrance.
OTHER DETAILS
- Blazing fast wifi with 3 workstations available for remote work (computer monitor, keyboard, and office desk/chair).
- Off-street parking for 1 car available right in front of the property. We have a visitor street parking pass available for a 2nd car, but please let us know in advance if you need it. Please do not bring more than 2 cars.
Guest access
Entire townhouse (all 4 floors) accessible to guests.
Please NO gatherings or parties of any kind. Unregistered guests are not allowed. The City of Somerville and Airbnb have strict rules enforcing this. We have an exterior doorbell camera. Please respect our house rules.
Other things to note
We have wonderful neighbors and please respect them by only bringing 1 car (the other spots in the driveway are deeded to our neighbors).
We are pet friendly, but please add them to the reservation and pay our pet fee ($150). After each pet stay, we do a deep cleaning to remove all traces of pet hair and dander for future guests (some of whom may have pet allergies).
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please respect the noise curfew (our neighborhood’s quiet time is between 9pm and 7am)
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
