Welcome to the beach house! Enjoy private beach access from Fiddler’s Cove, a gated beach & racquet club with two pools, a hot tub, tennis / pickle ball courts. This newly renovated condo is the closest to the beach and comes with everything you’ll need: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart, organic toiletries, whole bean coffee, granola & more. Enjoy sundowners on your private deck, cook in the well stocked kitchen, or have movie night on the 70” 4K home theater. Upgraded 250 MB Internet!
The space
This ground floor condo has a large open floor plan that is comfortable for lounging and entertaining. Fine art, custom built furniture, and high end finishes are used throughout this new renovation.
Enter through the well appointed kitchen. There are pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, oils, whole bean coffee, teas and honey, granola, and more stocked for you. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and dish detergent are provided.
Just past that is the dining room, which comfortably seats 6. The dining table is custom made from solid wood planking and has three comfortable leather seats per side. Just past the dining room is a small dedicated workspace with a Aeron chair.
The living area follows and has an expansive 7-seat sectional, solid marble coffee table, and 70” 4K Sony Home Theater with Sony sound bar. The private outside patio is accessed through sliding doors and features a lounge chair and teak bar table and stools. Also on the patio is a chest with beach supplies.
The owner’s bedroom and en-suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower is opposite the living room. The bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed with 400 count cotton bedding and four pillows. A 55” FireTV is wall mounted and both bedside tables have lamps with USB charging ports. A selection of charming cables is provided. Towels and beach towels are on hand as well plus toiletries like Meyers hand soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a three pump dispenser in the shower for organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The guest room is most suitable for children and features a bunk/trundle bed with a queen bed on bottom and twin beds on top and underneath in the trundle. All bedding is 400 count cotton. This room also has a 55” FireTV and features a fun wall light that is touch activated. The guest bath also has towels and all toiletries.
Guest access
Guest will receive a code for the smart lock with their check in email.
Guests self check in and out and have a private entrance to the condo.
Guests will need to provide their car license number prior to arrival in order to get a parking pass.
Other things to note
It’s important that you provide us with the make, model, color, and license plate of your car so that we can get you a guest parking pass. If this information is not on hand, it can slow you down at the gate and who wants that.
Please note that no RVs are allowed to park on the property.
