Nice renovated apartment in Blanes. It is in a residential complex in the Els Pins area, with swimming pool, 5 minutes from the beach of S'Abanell and 15 minutes walk to the center of Blanes.
It has Wifi (FIBER OPTIC), Smart TV, air conditioning and heat pump. Ideal for couples, families with children and to work in a place with very good weather throughout the year.
Towels and sun loungers are available to enjoy the pool more comfortably and also ping pong shovels.

There is plenty of free parking in the apartment's surroundings. In high season (July / August) there are more trouble finding parking. There is a soccer field nearby that is available during those summer months, such as free parking.
