Spacious Studio - Heart of the Marina ❤️ Reviews!

Nomad Validated
You'll start your day in the best neighborhood in San Francisco (The "Marina"). Grab a coffee at Peet's, Starbucks or Wrecking Ball, then lunch at Delarosa, or Tacolicious. Grab sundries at Apple, Walgreens or Safeway. Stroll to the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Chrissy Field, or Fisherman's Wharf. SHOPPING!!! Cow Hollow. Drinks at Tipsy Pig. Then head "home" to a comfy queen bed, office work space w/, 21" monitor, printer, scanner, kitchen, refrigerator. Take a tub, relax. Ahh.

The space
It's everything you need and nothing you don't. Perfectly "San Francisco-sized" larger studio with all the amenities if you need to work or just play. Comfy queen bed and mid-century couch. 65" TV with local channels only (no cable) forces you to get out and enjoy SF, and not be a couch potato. *** Blazing fast 85MB/sec up, 5MB/sec down Comcast Internet, accessible via WiFi! *** Laser printer (b&w Samsung ML-2510) and color scanner (Epson Perfection 2580) on a cart roll out of the closet if you need to be productive. Home office includes chair, sit-stand powered desk and 21" monitor w/HDMI connection (HDMI-HDMI, HDMI-USB-C, HDMI-Thunderbolt adapter/cables provided for your Mac). Tons of power outlets on both sides of entertainment cart. Use of Apple charging cable on nightstand. Amazon Echo answers your questions ("Alexa, what's the weather today?") Full kitchen if you desire (but get out and eat, there are so many great restaurants within a 2 minute walk and it IS San Francisco). Fridge to keep your snacks cold, help yourself to anything in there.

*** NOTE: The difference between a GREAT or "meh" stay in San Francisco is -> #1. Be in the middle of a great neighborhood - Check! #2. DON'T live on a hill (avoid Cow Hollow, Pac Heights or ANYWHERE south of the Fillmore) - Check! #3 Be in the action; Amazing restaurants, bars, gyms & more are nearby - Check! (If you are near the water or east of Fillmore, you will tire of having to walk to EVERYTHING or if you are on a hill you will hate it fast (Why didn't I spend a few bucks more???) - This unit is in the MIDDLE of the Marina but on a flat side street, lots of restaurants, but not a lot of noise. Trust me, you won't be sorry! Details and a few bucks more make the difference. :)

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire studio. Quarter operated $2 each: washer & dryer are downstairs near the recycling and trash bins.

Other things to note
Like most buildings in San Francisco, the electrical has not been fully updated. While there has NEVER been a guest issue, if by some chance you overload the electrical, you may need to replace fuses, which I provide. It's not something to worry about, but I would advise you to be mindful of using more than ONE electricity-draining appliance at the same time (microwave, hairdryer, etc.). Normal devices (TV, lights, laptop, phone chargers, etc.) are not an issue. Again, this has NEVER been an issue because I prepare my guests for the realities of experiencing SF. I even provide a low-current hair dryer in the unit :)

* Guitar, bicycle, and other items shown in photos no longer available in the unit. Photos do not show Sit-Stand desk, which IS included in unit.
