Welcome to Breakwater, an exquisite private home situated in the heart of Sag Harbor. The first floor features an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room filled with natural light, while the entire home is equipped with built-in Sonos speakers—perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, soaking tub, outdoor grill, and a separate pool house. Plus, Breakwater is conveniently located near Haven’s beach, Foster Memorial town beach, and circle beach, making it the ideal home for any real estate professional looking to enjoy all that the Hamptons has to offer

Every Rove property is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, Nespresso machines, high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our TVs are powered by Roku, and we provide complimentary access to streaming accounts for Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.
Workspace:
Every Rove property is outfitted for remote-friendly stays. Rove workstations are generally equipped with:
-400 mbps WiFi throughout the property / High Speed WiFi
-Ergonomic chairs
-Electric standing desks
-Ultra High-Definition monitor with integrated docking station
-Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse

-Primary Bedroom: 1 kind bed.

Other things to note
Please kindly note that we have a mandatory $2,000 security deposit fee in place which will only be waived on a case-by-case basis. The security deposit is fully refundable once the property inspection is completed and there are no damages or extra cleaning required. We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.
Home Truths:
-If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to pay an additional $50/night.
-Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
Parking Details:
-Plenty of space for vehicles in driveway.
Disclaimers:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $150 charge. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
