Recently renovated, private, stand alone 2 bedroom / 1 bath second floor guest house apartment located in the safe, historic neighborhood of Euclid St. Paul where you'll find yourself close to everything fun in St. Pete.
Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed and a dedicated remote work station with a large computer monitor.
Bedroom #2 features a full size bed, dedicated remote work station with an adjustable standing desk and dual computer monitors plus a 43 inch Roku Smart TV.
The cozy living room can comfortably accommodate a small group. Up to 4 guests can dine at the bistro table together with the sofa which features an adjustable lift top coffee table. Enjoy a meal, coffee, or glass of wine in front of a 55 inch Roku Smart TV streaming Netflix.
Just off the living room is a full kitchen equipped with all of the essential appliances along with various coffee makers to choose from.
Through the kitchen you'll find the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Guests have access to one dedicated parking spot in a private driveway conveniently located in front of the stairway entrance.
