Well equipped apartment with great workplace

Welcome to Hamburg!
The beautiful 3-room apartment is located in the hip "Barmbek" district with excellent connections to the Hamburg city center, the port or the airport (U3 and S1 in the immediate vicinity).
The apartment is particularly characterized by exclusive equipment, such as a 55-inch 4K TV, a Sonos audio system, Xbox and an electrically height-adjustable desk.
I usually live in this apartment myself and and am happy about considerate guests.
The space
The apartment has a bedroom with 140x200cm bed with extra comfortable mattress topping. Another sleeping possibility arises in the living room, here the sofa can be very easily extended to a bed. In the living room, guests will continue to find a 55-inch 4K TV with Netflix, as well as an Xbox One X and Sonos Five sound system for rainy days.
A highlight is the study, which is equipped with an electric height-adjustable massive desk and a 31-inch curved 4K monitor. You have excellent Wi-Fi reception everywhere in the apartment and a stable internet speed of 150 Mbps.
Living room and study are connected (without a door).
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available here.
Guest access
The apartment is quietly located in a side street, yet central in Barmbek and within walking distance to U- and S-Bahn station, ALDI, EDEKA, REWE, Rossmann, etc.. Restaurants are even around the corner.
Note: The apartment is on the 5th floor (at the top) and there is unfortunately no elevator. Therefore, some sporting activity is required, but at least no one tramples from above and there is a lot of light coming into the apartment.
Parking is free in the surrounding streets. In the evening, parking spaces are sometimes more difficult to find, here, public transport is recommended.
