Master bedroom with standing desk in luxury house

Our house is a one-story accessible building in the heart of Escondido.
Just 5 min from I-15 and 3 mins away from several shopping centers to stores. 10 min to the nearest mall and restaurants! We have a love for nature and we try to reflect it with open spaces and plants all around the house making it a perfect space to rest and enjoy. Our room is prefect for remote work with a standing desk, monitor, and docking station you can easily work in the comfort of your vacation.
The space
You will be welcomed to an open-layout, one-story, accessible home. First, you will see our formal living room in which all our guests are welcome. You will find your room towards the left-wing of the house, towards the end of the hallway.
The Room will be at the end of the hallway on the right.
Inside your room, you will find a queen memory foam 14" bed, and a smart 47-inch TV. you will have access to the kitchen and a small part of our refrigerator
We will allow long-term stays on a case-by-case basis. If you are looking for a long-term stay please send us a message and we can review it.
Please READ:
1 - Smoking in the property and the 15ft parameter of the property is strictly prohibited.
2- We cannot receive packages or letters.
3- We do have no shoe policy in the house. please make sure to take off your shoes.
4- Our health is important to us, if you are sick please do not stay with us
5- This listing is for the room and bathroom, and kitchen only no additional areas or amenities of the house are included.
Guest access
The guest will be notified to either call or text upon arrival to receive a code and enter the house.
Other things to note
We have a German shepherd dog. He is very friendly, BUT PLEASE GIVE US A CALL before entering so there will be no problem. We also have two cats.
Smokers are allowed to smoke only outside in the front 15ft away from the property or out in the street. Guests will not use any other area in the house.
We do have a Tesla wall charger on the property. In case you need to charge your Tesla we will charge $7 for 5hr charging on off pick hours and $37 (11.5KW*0.64*5)for 5hr charging on Pick hours.
