You can start your day by exercising in the gym, walking or running on the riverside path that loops around the community, or swimming in the two-lane lap pool. Then relax in the two jacuzzis and pools available year round. You'll find bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and banks nearby.

The space
After booking this two-level, modern condo with mountain and pool views, you will access the space using the keyless-entry door pad. As you enter, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with all the tools you need to cook nearly anything you might want and a dining table to enjoy either your own culinary creations or whatever you might want to have delivered.

Sit down and relax in our main living room or step out onto the balcony to take in the cool evening breeze. Enjoy your favorite streaming video services using the Roku-equipped TV with sound bar. Either for work or for pleasure you can connect to our 200MB synchronous (equal speed up/down) fiber optic internet. There are two routers in the condo, one for regular internet and the other with a built-in VPN service (to enable watching geo-restricted streaming services from other countries).

Or, choose to relax on a king bed in one of the three air-conditioned bedrooms and watch your favorite shows from one of the Roku-equipped TVs. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have bathrooms in close proximity.

After you ascend the narrow steps to the second floor, you will enter a light-filled loft enclosed by a metal railing and tempered glass panels. You can relax on either of the two sofas and either take in the mountain view or enjoy your favorite shows from the drop-down TV. Next to the loft you will find the third bathroom, and you can cross the bridge to reach the third bedroom/office.

If you need to work, you will find a desk in each bedroom, including an adjustable-height desk with widescreen monitor and docking hub in the upstairs bedroom.

The main floor hot water is supplied by an instant, tankless water heater, and the upstairs bathroom is connected to a tank water heater. Even if the power goes out, which rarely happens, you can still take a hot shower in the upstairs bathroom.

Pets are not allowed in this property due to allergy issues. If you have pets, please see some of the other properties we manage that do allow pets.

The stairs to the second floor (where the third bedroom, third bathroom, and loft are found) are narrow and may be difficult to negotiate for those with mobility issues. We have added slip-resistant tape to the stairs to make them safer. That said, most people who have used the stairs have not had had any problems climbing up and down them. It is, however, difficult to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

The condo is listed as being able to accommodate eight people, but it really only sleeps six people comfortably. The eight-person listing number includes two people for each of the three bedrooms and two people in the loft (using either the sofa bed or an air mattress on the floor). The sofa bed is NOT very comfortable for adults but seems fine for kids.

Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. There is a special shoe closet next to the front door especially for your shoes. This policy helps keep the apartment clean and protects the furniture and upstairs vinyl floor from damage.

Ride sharing (e.g., Uber, Didi) is readily available and rarely more than a five-minute wait from the condo.
