The space
This is an adorable newly built 2 bedroom suite with a smart key for private entrance, air conditioning and garden view.
Perfectly located away from the buzzling of everyday busy life, yet just about 2-10min short drive to life essentials like groceries, shopping centers, major banks, sport/fitness center, landmark cinema and if you like nature, the swale is just about 4-5min drive away for you to explore.
In the 1st bedroom, you will sink into a comfy standard Queen size bed as you cool off in the A/C room while the young ones relax on a sturdy double/double bunk bed in the 2nd A/C bedroom.
With 300Mbps Wifi, stream endless 4K shows on Nextflix, Prime Video, Disney while enjoying your own meals with the provided cooking supplies in the fully stocked kitchen.
If you will be working on your trip, you will find the combination of an adjustable Sit-Stand Ergonomic work desk and a comfortable chair very convenient for remote work. The desk is perfect as a laptop desk, writing table or simply a study table. There is also a dedicated ethernet port in addition to the excellent wifi for unbeatable connectivity. Upon request, we also provide an extra 27" monitor for expanded work screen at ZERO cost.
When you arrive, you will have zero issues parking your vehicles as the house sits on a corner lot and there is a lot of free street parking spaces available. But, in the unlikely event that the spaces are taken, you can park one family-size car on one side of the driveway in front of the house.
