Nice apartment on the best natural beach on the island. Loft with full bathroom, bedroom space, living room and kitchen-terrace. Terrace is a perfect place to work.
From the terrace you have full views of Patalavaca beach, Anfi del Mar and the horizon, enjoying one of the best sunset in Europe.
The residence complex is surrounded by supermarkets, excellent restaurants, and pleasant walks. Bus stop and taxi 2 minutes walking.

The space
Loft-type apartment, with a full bathroom, equipped with a new washer-dryer and electric boiler.
The central space consists of a "room" with two beds, which can be joined. The living room space can be separated from the bedroom space by means of a Japanese panel, which also offers darkness than the rest space. There is a bedside table, as well as a full-length mirror and a siphonier.
In the living room there is a sofa-bed, a coffee table that rises to be able to work or eat and a living room furniture with enough spaces available and a 32 "television.
On the terrace there is a dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with views of the beach.
In the kitchen you can find all kinds of kitchen items, cauldrons, pans, ladles, toasters, coffee makers, kettles and cleaning products.
