Detail of routes to my apartment from the closest station are prepared by movie clip and article.
I'm sure you can easily access my place without problems.

About the ''Instant Book'' on your check-in day
It is possible to do instant booking on the day you wish to check in, but please understand that your check-in time will be later than usual, due to the room cleanup before you arrive. In that case your possible check-in time would be after 18:00.

Please note that guests staying more than 30 nights will be required to sign a regular lease agreement.
The contract is electronically signed and can be easily completed via email.
The details of the contract are exactly the same as those described in the house rules.
All charges are processed by credit card on Airbnb which is the same as a regular reservation.
