The space
Our condo features a large open living area and kitchen, as well as a lovely raised breakfast nook directly overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a workspace with desk and monitor. Our apartment does not have a dedicated television, but guests can enjoy our high-speed wifi for any personal devices and connect to the large monitor available for any big screen needs.

The living room sofa bed can be easily reconfigured for extra sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom has both a high fixed showerhead and handheld spray option, and a washer and dryer are within the apartment.

Guest access
Our guests have full access to the Condado Del Mar, a great building with its own private beach entrance. Visitors can enjoy the building's large outdoor pool, children's pool, and tennis courts, as well as indoor facilities including a gym, lending library, and rec area. The building also houses a small convenience store on the premises - great for snacks, coffee, and last-minute beachgoing accessories.
