The space
Your entire home has filtered water, from the faucet and bidets, to the hoses outside. Your home is 3 levels in total (not wheelchair accessible). On the main floor, there is the spacious living area with 55in TV, couch, and chairs. In the same space you have your fully equipped and dining room table. The fridge makes ice and dispenses water from a reservoir inside the fridge. There is also a half bath for convenience.
Head outside from the double sliding doors and experience a beautiful outdoor patio space, equipped with a grill and outdoor dining area. There is also another outdoor sitting area with seating for 4. This patio has access to the roof level of the home.
The roof boasts view of the ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, amazing views for sunset and sunrise. The roof also includes sitting area and 2 lounge chairs for basking in the sun.
The lower level of your home has 2 bedrooms, a desk area with 2k Monitor, and 2 3/4 bathrooms. Your primary bedroom has your private bathroom attached, equipped with 2 shower heads and toilet with a bidet seat. Both primary and secondary bedrooms have luxurious hybrid memory foam king beds for spacious sleeping comfort and large closet area. Each bedroom also has its own 32in TV and air conditioner. The common bathroom on the lower level also has a shower and toilet with bidet seat.
Each room and the roof has access points for the best Wi-Fi coverage throughout your concrete home.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property which includes a fully fenced property with gated driveway for 2 midsize cars. Street parking in front of the property may be used. The home features an electric front door lock and security door, 2 king bed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, backyard and totally fenced in property when the front gates are closed. Feel safe with whole house filtered water through a 1 micron sediment filter and two 1 micron coconut husk carbon filters to remove contaminants and bacteria.
Other things to note
We have WiFi throughout our concrete home. Both indoor floors, walk off patios, and roof top patio are entirely covered for Wi-Fi, protected by a small battery backup that will keep you connected through short power interruptions.
We use Baja Connect as our ISP, the most reliable provider in the area, utilizing TELMEX Fiber, with UNLIMITED data download and upload:
Off Peak (between 11PM - 6PM) speeds up to 90+ Mbps Download, 80+ Mbps Upload
