The backyard was JUST professionally landscaped with knotty cedar wood fencing and decking, the largest pergola I’ve ever seen!, bluestone throughout and matching safavieh patio furniture surrounded by youngling trees, fiberglass potted hydrangea plants, and a giant vegetable garden! Freshly painted grey interiors and funky bathroom wallpaper that jumps off the walls. Installed ceiling lights in all three bedrooms give you that extra ambient light perfect for work or play. Best of all for those smart-home enthusiasts, every room is smart! Smart switches have been installed throughout the home so that you can toggle the lights while in bed; play your favorite music in every room; and adjust the temperature and fan using state of the art ecobee thermostats and sensors. This space is truly one of a kind, both in form and functionality!
