Heated Pool! 3 Bedroom Getaway Near Downtown Tempe

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work from home.
We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes.
No more than 6 guests at the house.
The space
Great work space- This is a great space for remote working as we have two desks (including one with a power hybrid standing and a monitor ready for laptop hookup ). The wifi is fiber and is very fast and reliable. Making it perfect for multiple household members to be fully working at the same time.
Guest access
3 parking spaces in the driveway plus additional street parking. We keep our garage locked but if you are a long stay guest and believe you will need it, send the host an inquiry about it before you arrive.
Other things to note
Recent updates are a brand new Helix hybrid king mattress in the master bedroom, as well as a heater added to the pool in March 2022. No parties, no small gatherings allowed. 6 guest max and they all need to be registered. Thanks
