Other things to note
Please kindly note that we have a mandatory $500 security deposit fee in place which will only be waived on a case-by-case basis.
The security deposit is fully refundable once the property inspection is completed and there are no damages or extra cleaning required. We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.
Home Truths:
-Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.
-If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to pay an additional $50/night.
Parking Details:
-The driveway has space for three to four vehicles to park during your stay.
-Street parking is not permitted in the community.
Disclaimers:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
