The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. Atlantic Ocean 3km, watched beach and endless dunes, a Surf Paradise. Numerous Golf Clubs within 30km.
All shops and services nearby.

The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive.
The house is rightly called "Amani" which means "peace" in Swahili ...

800m2 of fully fenced garden, with swimming pool (with alarm and thermiccover), "plancha" grill, 2 covered parking places. Alarm and remote surveillance.
Beautiful structure, atmosphere "inside-out" due to the wooden terrace furnished (120m2).
All new furniture and appliances recently made.
Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and pantry, appliances (american fridge,dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, Nespresso Inissia, kettle, toaster, food processor, "raclette" and "fondue" kit)
1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin.
Separate WC.
Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker.
First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub).
Spacious bedroom storages.
Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool).
Supply of bed linen and towels included. Possibility to rent towels for the pool and tablecloth and napkins. 100% cotton.
FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED.
Possibility of cleaning during the stay (for a fee).
Pets allowed on request.
TOURIST TAX
In the commune of Labenne, the tourist tax for our house is 2.53 €. Airbnb could charged you a part of the tax. So at the arrival you will have to pay us the due difference. This fee must be paid directly in cash at the check in as AirBnb allows.
Usually weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday from June to September and during the French school holidays.
Out of season (November to March) : Minimum stay of 4 nights, book 7 nights for the price of 6.
Airports: Bayonne / Biarritz 30min, Bordeaux 2:00 pm, 1:30 Pau, Tarbes 1:50 45min San Sebastian, Bilbao 1:50, 2:00 Pamplona

Other things to note
By its location on the edge of the forest, we prefer to warn you that the surrounding nature can sometimes create inconvenience: in certain seasons, we must fight against the leaves that can fly in the pool or against the spiders who come to take refuge on the house ... But rest assured, our housekeeper tries to remedy these inconveniences every week ! Just don't be surprised if you meet them !
Villa Amani is particularly appreciated for its "immaculate" decoration. We therefore expect our tenants to take care to leave it in the same condition in which they found it ...
We hope that our guests take care of our house as if it were theirs and report any malfunction or signs of wear.
The departure cleaning is included but we still ask you to empty the fridge, bins, to do the dishes, to spend a sponge where necessary (oven and cooking fires for example) and a small broom in the kitchen and living room.
If you do not leave the outdoor cushions in the rain, do not waste water or electricity, do not put wet glasses on wooden furniture without using a coaster, do not smoke in the house, etc. ..you are perfect guests ... Welcome to our home!
