Other things to note
Home Truths:
- The house on the right when facing the home has a large dog but he is friendly, however, please be aware if you are visiting with any pets to avoid any potential issues between animals.
-The sliding door from the living room to the pool area requires a lot of force to latch open/closed. The door may seem it is stuck but if you pull harder, it should budge!
- Please avoid flushing any wipes or feminine products in the toilets as the plumbing system is sensitive to these items and could cause a backup.
-If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to pay an additional $50/night.
-This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.
-This home is pet friendly and incudes a pet fee of $75/stay if traveling with any pets.

-Garage will fit 1 vehicle.
-Parking in driveway available.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
