If your co-workers recently have been of the 4-legged and furry variety, they are welcome as well. Spacious back yard for dogs, and bird filled scenery for the cats.

Smart house with programmed button Crestron switches throughout the house.
Charge plugs on each night stand (USBs and regular plugs)
32” Smart Monitor - plug in your computer for work and watch streaming services when you’re ready to wind down
Surge protector for desk area and laptop stand provided. 1 HDMI connection provided. Another HDMI port is available to use.

Shared Laundry - hamper/bag provided, stocked detergent, iron + ironing board, standing steamer
Shared Kitchen - available for use. Fridge/freezer, ovens, toaster oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, dishes, etc. Labelled cabinets for easy navigation.
Shared Bathroom - shared with 1 other Airbnb room. Room is color coded orange to keep your stay organized with other guests.
Please note this is a pet-friendly location. Other guests may have animals onsite. All guests with pets need to follow the pet rules as posted in the picture feed.
There is a modest pet fee of $35/pet/stay.
If I am in town I have 2 (very friendly) cats.
Guest access
If coming from RDU airport, this is a short 4min drive on a Lyft/Uber. Overall this area is not great for public transportation and it advised to rent a car if you did not drive yourself. Lyft and Uber are pretty readily available though, due to our proximity to the airport.
During your stay
I’m available for questions though I may or may not be on site during your stay.
I split time between here and Texas, though my co-host is on site frequently. I’m from the area and love offering local food and coffee tips.
Check-in and check-out are self directed so you can be flexible.
Other things to note
Location is next to RDU airport and I40.
The house and windows are double insulated to reduce outside noise and better maintain inside temperature.
Due to the proximity of I40, there are security cameras outside the home for security only. If you have questions or concerns please reach out.
