Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo, which is outfitted for work and play! This location is a foodie's dream as you can walk to over 50 restaurants within 0.1 miles. Enjoy a walk down infinite shops and restaurants along Valencia, hit up the famous Tartine Bakery, bask in the sun of Dolores Park or hop on the metro to explore downtown SF! Even though there's free street parking, you won't need to drive staying here: our home has a walk score of 99 and transit score of 85!
The space
— Second floor flat in a historic Victorian building.
— Two bedrooms with locking doors and two bathrooms.
— Each room has a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and monitor.
**Please be aware that parties or large gatherings are not permitted. The building owners live on premise and request reasonable noise standards be maintained. There is a lot of great nightlife nearby and I will happily provide suggestions.**
Please make yourself at home! Each bedroom is outfitted with a desk and 32" monitor if you need to work. Frequently used supplies, and amenities are available for your comfort and enjoyment. This includes pots and pans, cooking ingredients, coffee, tea, Netflix if you need it!
I provide clean sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and extra pillows. There is always coffee and tea to which you are welcome.
Feel free to take advantage of the fridge, dishwasher, and on-site laundry!

Highly recommended that if you're not used to city driving to walk around to anything within 1.5 miles.
We're exactly 0.5 miles from both BART (metro) stations. We recommend using the 24th / Mission station.
Other things to note
There are no video recording cameras inside the home. There is a camera at the front door, side gate and inside the garage that captures video of guests entering and leaving the property.

The security deposit is not collected by Airbnb unless a host files a claim within 14 days of your checkout.
This home is the lower unit of a duplex. While you won't hear the neighbors from inside the home, you may see them coming and going through the shared front gate for the property. Smile, say hi, they're friendly, nice people just like you :-)
