Full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals and a full W/D in the home. Sit next to the fire pit along historic Washington Ave, or take a short walk to Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row!

The space
This property has two completely separate homes/outdoor spaces. If you’d like to rent both Airbnbs for a fun way to host larger groups of family and friends, please reach out to us.

Other things to note
We always appreciate and welcome long term guests! We will provide you enough supplies like toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry supplies, coffee supplies, etc. for a normal week stay. After that, we kindly ask that you purchase your own supplies as needed. If you would like a cleaner to come in while you are there and restock and/or clean, an additional fee will be charged.

Please note: the owners closet (separate from home but on property) will be periodically accessed by cleaner. Cleaner will also be on property Wednesday evenings to take the county trash bins (located in carport) to street and retrieve them on Thursdays after pick up. You need not be present.
