This Property is Pet Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight.
-You may have 1 dog under 75 lb, or 2 dogs with combined weight of 100 lb. 
-The pet fee is $125 per week per dog, or $275 per month per dog, whichever is less. 
-This condo has a dog crate for guests' use. 
-Dog Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
-Dog breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park. Local flavors include Salt Rock Grill, Aloha-to-go, and Indian Shores Coffee Company.
