Huge bedroom with private bathroom

New huge bedroom, located in the basement but has some natural light. It has its own private bathroom, a refrigerator, a desk with Tv monitor, a couch and the laundry room is located on the same floor. We are located 10 blocks from Rittenhouse Square and close to public transportation (subway, bus).
Because the bedroom is located right below the kitchen area, you may hear noises when people walk around.

Other things to note
This is a brand new construction. For extended stay (more than 1 week) there is an extra $25 cleaning fee per week. Parking shouldn’t be a problem in our neighborhood (if you park before 5 pm). Some of the streets around don't require a parking permit.
The bedroom is located underneath the kitchen. Sometimes I teach cooking classes from home, so it can be a bit noisy.
