Fully furnished as pictured. In this 1,400 square foot top half duplex, everything you see in the photos is your own private, non-shared living space. Spacious one bedroom-king size very comfortable bed. Original staircase from when the house was built it 1886!
Full kitchen, dinning room, private laundry, shower/tub bath, desk with extra monitor, and a private outdoor deck with lights.

The space
My absolute favorite feature about this unit is the theater room. It has a 4K projector with theater sound quality Bowers and Wilkins speakers. It is AMAZING!
The entire house is equipped with high speed fiber optic internet with google nest WiFi. No lagging or buffering whatsoever.
Plus, all guests will get free access to Hulu (with live TV and DVR recording), Netflix, HBO, Disney Plus, Amazon Video, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus Apple TV and Peacock.
And yes, unlimited movie popcorn is complimentary to your stay :)
Also, the house has a brand new high quality (very expensive) water softener and whole home water filtration system. So feel free to drink right from the kitchen sink! It’s filtered water!
This unit is a mix of old charm and modern design. Very large for a one bedroom.

Easy bus, cheap Lyft/Uber to downtown Minneapolis and sport stadiums, walking distance to best restaurants, bars, breweries, and hang outs in the city.
