The space
This home is gorgeous and truly one of the best views in Surf CIty with 270 degree sunrise to sunset views and no power lines.
The architecture is so unique, this is not your typical townhome- you get huge windows and soaring ceilings! The "blue" in the "view" is everywhere!
With a pool right behind the house, a playground right next to the house, and a beach right in front of the house this location cannot be beat.
Each bedroom has a private en-suite bath plus there is a powder room and an outdoor hot/cold shower.
The king oceanfront bedroom, on the first floor, has a king sleep number bed so you can each choose your firmness and get a great sleep!
The bunk room, also on the first floor, has a double with single bunk and single trundle.
Upstairs is a queen bedroom with crazy tall ceilings and a huge window.
There are two living rooms! The downstairs living room features a double size sleep sofa.
There is also covered parking for two cars. Contact us for info about the parking lot next door.
A welcome tote bag with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries will be provided for all weekly rentals.
Surf City is a charming small town, the water is warm and clear and the beaches are gorgeous and uncrowded. Beach access ramp is right across from the house! You can literally walk there in one minute from the house, I timed it! There is a small low-speed road between the house and dune which is not used much.

This is a home to love year-round. Fall is wonderful here on the island with our warm waters. I've spent many winter days on the deck or walking the beach in shorts. Rates are super low in wintertime and this home lets you enjoy the beach without leaving the warmth of your home.
Guest access
The entire house is yours! You will receive your own code to the front door with easy self checkin. Go straight to the house.
The entrance is private. The pool is a community pool shared by 25 homes.
Please note there is only parking for 2 cars.
Other things to note
Sheets and towels are not included. I recommend Sweet Dreams Linens. Please contact them in advance. There are plenty of pillows and blankets in the home for you to use.
Paper products and toiletries not provided other than starter rolls.
The Sleep Number bed in king bedroom with dual controls but uses regular king sized sheets (not split king).
There is no mail service and package deliveries tend to get sent back by the carriers.
