The space
The home is a spacious, newly renovated modern house located at the crossroads of Seattle. The Airbnb space is a separate mother-in-law suite that is completely private for our guests and we live in the upstairs space. We have a fenced off back yard with a small play set and an outdoor patio area.
Inside the Airbnb space there is a large romantic master bedroom with a Queen size bed, pristine Bamboo sheets and a linen duvet cover + down alt comforter & fleece blanket. When you walk in you’ll see a cozy electric fireplace with an HDTV on it including Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+ & more. There are two nightstands, lamps, plants, a desk, chargers, an air filter, and a huge closet for clothing storage. There is a sound machine alarm clock that also triples as a Bluetooth speaker, earplugs are provided as well as. There is also a fan and AC unit stored in the closet along with extra pillows, fleece blankets, and bedding.
The living room is the perfect place for hanging out during the day and sleeping at night. Our comfortable couches turn into both a surprisingly comfy Queen and a Crate & Barrel Twin size hide-a-bed with hypoallergenic cozy bedding provided. There is multi-power outlet with a phone charger plugged in and a medical grade air filter. There is a 55" 4K tv when you just need to kick back and relax for a bit. Our favorite part is the wood-burning fireplace. It has a 2-hour start log and lighter for you to keep it simple. Grab an extra fleece blanket, some hot cocoa, an interesting book (all provided) and make special memories reflecting on what was or can be.
The dining room is equipped with a large table that can be adjusted to fit 6 to 12 people. There's also a little reading nook with charging ports available for your phone.
Next to the dining room is our fully setup kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need for cooking. We have a full-size refrigerator, large microwave, oven, dishwasher, Berkey Water Filter, blender, keirig coffee maker, toaster oven, regular toaster, crockpot, rice cooker, air fryer, and white and black ceramic dishware for up to 12 people.
We also have accommodations for children with kids dishware, a booster seat, and a high-chair, baby bath, & pack-n-play available upon request.
There is a laundry room with a full washer/dryer setup, ironing board, iron, steamer, and washing essentials. Perfect if you have dirty clothes or just need a quick freshen up. We also have a kid’s play kitchen in here for a separate place for the kids to play.
The bathroom has all the towels you'll need for your stay and a hair dryer if you forgot yours at home. There is also a curling iron & hair straightener. We also provide you with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for a shower or bath.
The office bedroom has a full size bed that can work for two. It has with a twin bunk over it for another person and a trundle twin bed set up ready for the 4th person to sleep comfortably in the room as well. There are earplugs provided as well as a sound machine alarm clock that also triples as a Bluetooth speaker. There is an electric fireplace for ambiance and heat as well as an air filter, nightstand and lamps!
There is a well furnished desk with a monitor, cord adapter, surge protector power strip, phone chargers, lamp, and a Brother b/w printer. There is also a fun World map hanging above the desk. Don’t forget to scratch off where you came from!
We tried to go out of our way to think of the little details you'll need during your stay. We hope you enjoy it :)

You can access all parts of the Airbnb space. The upstairs of the house is our living space so we have that part unavailable to guests.
Other things to note
1) We're still in the process of fixing our pathway so the side path entrance is a little rocky. Please be careful walking there, especially in the dark.
