Stream your favorites on the TV while basking in the warmth from the electric fireplace. Additional in-condo perks include a queen hide-away sofa bed, washer, dryer, and jetted tub.
The space
Pack light as this condo is child- and dog-friendly!
Parents: We have a high chair, booster seat, Pack N' Play, small toilet seat, step stool, plastic flatware and utensils, sound machine, nightlights, crib linens, umbrella stroller, balance bike, scooter, books, toys.
Pet-owners: One dog, weighing 50 pounds or less, is allowed with prior approval. We have two dog bowls, dog bed, towels, and rags for playful, muddy paws.
Beach goers: We have two adult life jackets, one youth life jacket (44-80 pounds), beach towels, boogie board, chairs, clam gun, wagon, beach toys, beach mat, and a cooler. There is an outdoor shower and wash station near building #7.
Guest access
The private Clubhouse provides shared amenities such as a seasonal heated pool, a year round hot tub, 24/7 fitness center, outdoor showers, and grilling areas. Play basketball or putt-putt right outside the front door. Children can spend time at the playground while the adults relax on the benches nearby or lounge under the pergola.

-Streaming on the smart TV is available with guests' own accounts.
-Some amenities are seasonal from mid-May to Mid-October.
-The pool measures 46 x 18 feet and is heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot tub is heated to 101 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Reservations may be necessary to use the gym, hot tub, and pool.
