Workation - work/holiday with garden near Hamburg

Are you looking for a place to work and vacation? Then you've come to the right place. Focused work on the desk with a monitor in your room or simply in the common area at the dining table or in the garden in one of the three sitting areas you will find peace to work or relax. For excursions, downtown Hamburg, Lübeck and the Baltic Sea can each be reached in about 3/4 hours.

The space
Private room in a house with garden. You're the only guest. Only I am present as a host.

Your room:
- Double bed (140x200)
- Desk with office chair and monitor
- High-speed WiFi

Guest access
In addition to your private room, you may also stay in the common area kitchen & living-dining area. Arrange with the one here. Fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine (beans included).

With three different seating areas in the garden, you have the opportunity to retreat outside to relax or work. WiFi is available throughout the garden. Choose between:
- Lounge seating area on a wooden deck
- Dinner table with gas grill and garden loungers
- Small sitting area at the house

The jacuzzi can be used in season to cool off or heated according to instruction.

The bathrooms are shared. However, it is possible to use the guest bathroom as a private bathroom. If necessary, you can use the washing machine by arrangement.

By public transport:
- A bus stops directly on the street that takes you to the Hamburg U1 in 10 minutes, about 40 minutes at the main train station.

By car:
- Hamburg Hbf: 40 minutes
- Lübeck: 40 minutes
- Baltic Sea Lübeck Bay: 45 minutes
