Separate, renovated, sanitized cottage that sleeps 4. 1bd/1ba backhouse with a full bedroom (queen bed) and the living room includes leather sofa bed (queen). Entrance of the cottage has a porch for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen to cook & prepare food for the beach. 42-inch TV & free Wifi. Workspace w/ desk, chair, monitor. Air conditioning/heat throughout the cottage. 2 beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs, charcoal grill & outdoor fire available. Parking.
The space
We hope you will enjoy a home away from home. The renovation has demanded a lot of time and love and it has been worth it. The cottage is separate from the main house with it's own entrance and complete space so you can continue to social distance. It accommodates four people, has a separate, one bedroom (queen size bed), and sleeper couch (queen size). We supply linens, towels and bedspreads. A bathroom with new, glass-door, shower. Everything is new and sparkling clean and totally sanitized after each stay ! Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, stovetop, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee pot, kettle, pots. Hangers, Iron & hair dryer. Wifi. Smart TV (not cable) which you can use to sign-in to your favorite apps. Outdoor charcoal grill available (we provide the charcoal and lighting fuel). Outdoor fire with wood. We are a block from Deal Lake and less than a mile from the beach. Parking on the street or use our space (1 car) in the alley behind the cottage . Two beach passes for your stay. Two Beach towels and two chairs.
Guest access
The cottage is completely private for use just by guests with contact free access through use of a lockbox. We live in the main house so we are available for assistance or local recommendations.
Other things to note
There is no washer/dryer or cable TV. We can accomodate 4 people but extra guests (beyond two people)are charged a small extra fee per night ($50 per person, per night). There are no extra charges for children but we do require no more than four people staying per night.
