Sweet MOcean
Sweet M'Ocean is a brand new rental for 2022! This reverse floor plan, single-family home is the perfect vacation home for families! The location is more than ideal; Topsail Road is oceanfront but it is off the main road (Island Drive). Conveniently located between Surf City and the North Topsail high-rise bridge, and close to many restaurants and shops. Other amenities include an elevator, washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and access to a bathroom on the ground floor (don't have to worry about tracking sand in the house to use the restroom when out on the beach!). There is also a desk with a computer monitor on the top floor; perfect for remote work or studying! If you need a refreshment but are on the bedroom floor, you are in luck: there is a wet bar on the second floor equipped with an extra coffee pot and fridge! The kitchen boasts high-end kitchen cabinets and countertops and is fully equipped with all of the cookware and appliances you need in order to 'live like a local' during your stay. There are panoramic ocean views with spectacular sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound from the front and back of the house, respectively. There is an open-air top deck with a pergola on the ocean side of the home. All the bedrooms have a TV and all but one have cable, (the upstairs one has a fire stick). The living room has a sound bar with a subwoofer.
Every bedroom has access to a deck. Off of the main bedroom, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee on your private balcony, watching the dolphins go by! At the ground level, you and your loved ones can enjoy an outside entertaining area with firepit and landscaped lawn. There is a large driveway for multiple vehicles, and a semi-circle to make getting in and out a little quicker and easier. All you need to do is come and enjoy!
