The space
Your home includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of the rooms is a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. The office also includes a couch/futon as an extra bed! Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen suited for longer stays, living area with 55” Roku TV, dining area, covered private balcony, and oversized two-car garage. There is a laundry area on-site!
Guest access
You will access the upper level with the front door smart lock. You can also use the oversized two-car garage during your stay. The wrap-around covered balcony is for your enjoyment. The downstairs area has a completely separate occupied studio apartment with it's own entryway and is separated by locked doors between the units. The common laundry area is in between the units and is used by both (please see ground-level blueprint in pictures).
Other things to note
Dogs and Cats welcome with a pet fee. $125 (1-pet) or $150 (2-pets) fee a month which caps and ends after a 6 month stay (2 pets max). Yard is fenced in.
