Bright and cozy duplex (2 bedrooms) in the heart of Williamsburg east with private balcony. We live here part of the year so the space reflects our tastes and should have everything you'll need to feel at home.
We're a 5 to 10 minute walk to the G, J/M and L trains and have plenty of great restaurants and bars a few blocks away (check my guide !)

The space
** Work from home **
- We have a wide desk setup upstairs with 2 screens on which you can hook up your computer. And we have an extra screen to create a second setup on the kitchen table downstairs if needed.
- WiFi speed is 400Mbps (Verizon) which works great for my companion (who works in trading and was connected to Bloomberg all day) and myself (software engineer)

** The apartment **
The living room is our favorite place. It's very bright in the morning and you can enjoy the sunlight right from the sofa with a good cup of coffee. Or go upstairs and set a long chair out on the balcony.
If you like cooking you should find everything you need in the kitchen (blender, food processor, citrus press, nespresso machine, milk frother, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster).
I often work from home and you can easily hook your computer to the work station upstairs, which has a very peaceful vibe, or settle in the corner chair with a good book.
