Welcome to our cozy and tranquil guesthouse. Your private entrance includes a living area with 55-inch smart TV, bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer and a kitchenette.

The space
This unique one-bedroom/I-bathroom guesthouse comes with a variety of modern amenities.
Its location is perfect for a decent drive to downtown San Antonio and neighboring attractions while providing a quiet retreat in a private community. It's located within a decent commute to Austin if desired.
Our guesthouse is a modern, peaceful retreat with a private entrance into an open living room that boasts a beautiful leather sofa + loveseat with a smart TV to which you can cast all your favorite shows and enjoy a relaxing time at home with a view overlooking the garden.
In the kitchenette area, there is an over-the-counter style eating area if you choose to stay in and eat at home. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven with many cooking features. There's a coffee maker with coffee available as well as an iron/board. This area also contains an in-unit washer/dryer with essentials as well as a full-size refrigerator. It is also equipped with a dishwasher for your convenience.
The bedroom has a beautiful, comfortable queen-size bed with extra linens and blankets, a bedside lamp, and a standing fan. It also boasts a writing desk with a 24-inch monitor + HDMI cable for connecting your computer.
For the protection of all parties, the booking party is required to present a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. This is used for verification purposes only with the host.

Other things to note
-No smoking or vaping anywhere in the guesthouse or building area.
-No parties or loud music. Please respect the quiet hours in consideration of the neighbors.
-No pets are allowed in the unit
-There is a fee of $200 for any damaged or unreturned key
-There is a late checkout fee = the base rate price for failing to check out prior to 11 am if no prior agreement with the host.
-There is a fine for tampering with any devices or smoke detectors.
-We do not accept deliveries or mail to the unit nor are responsible for damages or loss to items left in vehicles.
A fee of $500 will be imposed for violating any of these rules, with the exception of key losses or damages that incur a fee of $200.
