Just beautifully renovated 160 years old "Kayabuki" or traditional Japanese farmer's house . The location is perfect for your winter resort! Only 3 min. to an international winter resort, Iwatake ski resort. It's located in only 8 minutes to Happo-one by car. It is also close to one of the best outdoor hot spring in Hakuba!
Please relax at the luxury space with a lot of Japanese old atmosphere.

The space
In the traditionally build 'Kayabuki' style farmer's house, the private guest house has 2 bed rooms with spacious Japanese style living and dining rooms with full kitchen having bar counter made by local woods!
There are full bathroom with bath tab and separate toilet. Maximum 4-6 adults can stay in this private house. We will offer Japanese style warmy and relaxing space for you!

A central Heating system and a hot water panel heater provides to warm up the whole building, the room temperature will be pleasant.
*Please bring a long-sleeved clothes, because HAKUBA is very cold,

tectos Taisho Taisho We set up a Japanese-style room to feel like modern. You can set up to 8 people in the table. It is a space with the next living room, and it is a large space of 20 places, but it can be partitioned at the sliding door.

The Japanese-style room on the first floor is a traditional "Okuzashiki".
The ceiling is high and spacious.
This room has two "single beds". It is also possible to make a "King size" on request.

The bedroom on the second floor has an atmosphere like a hiding place with a low ceiling.
There are a small sofa & table.

【Bedroom B】 10.5 m²
The bedroom on the second floor has an atmosphere like a hiding place with a low ceiling.
Or We can remove the bed in this room and install a table and work chairs to turn it into a "work room(Remotewok)".

【Other Bedding】
In case of staying over 7 people, the bedding becomes "Futon", and you can put a futon in each bedroom.
