We set this space up to be your private suite, with everything you would expect in a hotel suite (iron, hair-dryer, etc.). The bathroom is newly remodeled. It comfortably fits 2 people with a queen bed, lounge chair with foot rest, 32 inch tv, desk, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. We even included a Keurig (with coffee provided).
FREE street parking available. Parking has not been a problem yet, but is becoming more difficult due to the increasing popularity of the neighborhood. See our host reviews. Also consider taking the A-line train from the airport. We are a 3 block walk from the 38th and Blake Station, just one station from Union Station downtown.
Full access to WiFi and cable tv including HBO, Showtime, NetFlix, and NBA League Pass.
The space is designed for your privacy. The downstairs suite is completely private with its own entrance using a keypad entry. We live in the upstairs unit of the townhome, so we are available if needed for something. We do enjoy meeting our guests, so feel free to say hello.
The thermostat is located upstairs, but we have an Ecobee smart thermostat and keep a temperature sensor in the suite to help monitor the temperature. We can adjust the thermostat from our smart phones, so a quick text message is all it takes to have it adjusted, even if we are not at home.
RiNo Arts District is known for its street art and eclectic vibe and has become a hotspot for
eating, shopping, and nightlife. The area is an incubator for Denver’s craft brewing industry, but it's also home to distilleries and urban wineries.
Extemely walkable neighborhood with multiple bike/scooter rental options abundantly available, and bike lanes on Larimer St for safety.
You can now take A-line train from the Denver airport to the 38th and Blake Station which is a few blocks away from our suite at 34th and Larimer. And Union Station downtown is one more stop down the line. There is also a bus stop on our block and a light rail station 6 blocks away at 30th/Downing in addition to the airport line. Cycling, scooting, or walking is a great option. B-cycle is a local bike rental company. Denver now also has several new scooter and bike rental options available all over the city, including Lyft and Uber bikes and Lime and Bird scooters. We are 12 blocks north of downtown/Coors Field. It's a fun walk or Uber/Lyft rides are an inexpensive option as well.
Kevin and I do all the cleaning ourselves. We have a strict cleaning regimen and wipe down all surfaces, walls, doors, fixtures, remote control, etc. We take pride in providing a safe, clean place to stay.
