You’ll also find a private saltwater pool with a waterfall as well as an outdoor shower.

Spend time together in the main living area with a 70-inch 4K TV and sound bar. Two sofas and a recliner provide comfy seating. Whip up tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. With the leaf, the table can comfortably fit eight and the granite island adds another four.

Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, featuring a stately king bed, a walk-in closet, 47-inch TV, armchair, and direct access to the lanai. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a 32-inch TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom doubles as an office and provides a sleeper sofa, leather chair, and ottoman. Select a book off the shelf for some light reading, or plan your day’s activities at the office nook -- outfitted with a large monitor.

Entertain outside on the covered lanai, appointed with a foosball table, Weber gas grill, outdoor sink, alfresco dining for four to six, and Bluetooth sound system. Completely enclosed, the sparkling, saltwater pool features a fountain. An outdoor shower also provides added convenience.

East of Hwy A1A, your prime location is a quick two blocks to the entrance of the St. Johns County Beach Access Walkover. Bring the provided beach gear and follow the charming boardwalk to a wide stretch of soft, white sand. Great for families, you’ll also find the Windswept Acres Park within a half mile. Pack a picnic and let the kids run and explore the playground. When dining out, excellent eateries can be reached in no time. Local favorites include Redfrog and Hazard’s (under a mile from your home) as well as South Beach Grill (within two miles).

Because this home is located directly off A1A, guests may hear noise from the road. However, this is mitigated to a large degree by a large brick wall, landscaping, and outdoor stereo.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. You’ll find parking for up to 4 cars (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage). To access the garage, you must first enter through the home as the remote will be inside, there is no garage door code. Do not park in the grass.

1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
