Here are some rules to keep in mind!
➢No smoking allowed!
➢We are not responsible for any belongings that are left behind
➢Clean up and wash the dishes.
➢Be mindful of the neighbors and keep your noise level to an appropriate level. (There is a minut noise detector in the unit. It records noise level.)
➢Properly bag up all trash, tie it and leave it at the kitchen
➢Leave used bath towels in the bathtub before checking out
Additional fees may apply:
➢$500 Extra Cleaning Fee if rules are not adhered to.
➢$500 Smoking Fee (Cigarettes, Weed, Hookah, etc) This will be applied if it even smells like smoke.
➢Damage Compensation (You will cover any amount of compensation for damages)
➢$50 Late Check Out Fee (Will apply without a 30 minute heads up!) These rules are made to protect the host and the next guests after your stay!
➢ $500 fee assessed if pets are found to have been on couch or beds.
Kayaks will be provided in the future for guest use. More to come.

When you rent this home, you are able to rent a 2022 Polaris Slingshot. Owners will drop off and pick up at Airbnb property. Please message for details.
