The space
There are total of 4 beds (1xQueen, 1xFull, and 2x Twin bed respectively), plus 2 sofa beds (1x Twin and 1x Full size).
The living area is next to the guest area and is furnished with 75" TV. Xbox 360, youtube premium and Amazon Prime Video provided.
The guest area is furnished with a study desk, a chair, an LED lamp, and a laser printer. It is facing the front yard and is beautiful.
The master bedroom can fit 3 people, and is equipped with a QUEEN bed + TWIN bed, pillow, nightstand, USB charging dimmable nightstand lamps. It comes with a large dedicated bathroom almost the same size as the bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom can fit 2 people, and is similar to the master bedroom, except it has a FULL BED.
The 3rd bedroom can fit 1 people, is originally a sunroom, and it is equipped with a Twin bed. This bedroom uses the bathroom belong to either of the other 2 bedrooms.
Living room can fit 2 people and it has two sofas each that can be converted into one Twin-size and one Full-size SOFA BED
Mattress sheet, pillow sheet, and towels provided for all beds except sofa beds.
Kitchen utensils and similar essentials are provided.
Guest access
Guest can access the whole house including basement where the washer and dryer is located. The detached garage is about 40 feet away from the house, but this is not guest accessible b/c it is not furnished but instead used as storage for owner. Owner does not occupy any of the 7500sqft land, and will not visit when guest is on-site. Plenty of parking on the street.
Other things to note
We recommend parking on street. Most neighbors don't park and you can see at least 4 parking spots in the immediate neighborhood.
The garage was already converted to ADU. Garage and ADU are not accessible to guests.
Security cameras are outdoor. They are installed only on the doorbell and garage corner, but not inside the property.
