The space
This cute bottom unit of a Tudor duplex is well set up for your entertainment, relaxation, and work from home. Entire place plus a cute backyard and your own parking. Please make yourself at home!

✦ Large living room #1 includes everything you need to kick back and relax: a smart TV (Netflix and Prime Video ready), various board games and a sectional sofa that can be pulled out to a comfortable queen size bed PLUS a working desk/chair set-up with extra monitor, key board and mouse.
✦ Large living room #2 has two comfortable lounge chairs and a second smart TV
✦ Fully equipped, cozy kitchen with a large island, a coffee bar and a set of dining table and chair. All general kitchenware, dining ware, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave will be available for your use.
✦ A clean, full-sized, well-stocked bathroom with body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
✦ Bedroom #1 includes a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, an air-conditioner and a computer desk/chair.

✦ Front entrance includes easy keyless entry and a private parking. The parking is tight but it is also a rare find in this prime location. If you plan to rent a car, we recommend to rent smaller size car if possible for easier parking (although SUV will still fit well). Additionally, you will find two bus stops immediately outside of the home for easy commute to many popular locations in Seattle.

Note: This is the bottom unit of a duplex so some noise and footsteps will be expected. No excessive drinking, party, smoking or drug is allowed. The fire pit shown in the pictures is not available for guest use due to fire hazard and safety reasons.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home and the backyard, with the exception of two locked supply cabinets and the fire pit (due to fire hazard and safety reasons).

The upstairs unit has a dog and they will share the backyard with the guests. While the dog is not aggressive, we ask all guests to exercise reasonable care when using the backyard. Additionally, kindly be respectful of the upstairs unit/ neighbors by cleaning up after yourself and keeping noises to a reasonable level at all times.

The side yard is not available for guests' use.

Other things to note
1. A few days prior to your arrival, a digital guidebook will be provided with helpful information regarding check in and check out instructions, emergency information and house rules, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do.
2. Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
3. Our home has cameras at front entry and backyard only for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are inside the house.
4. Our housekeepers will arrive shortly after 11:00 am on the date of checkout.
5. We require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers and ourselves.
6. Same day booking may have a later check-in time than 4pm, but no later than 6pm. Check-in time for same day booking will be confirmed by host after booking is approved.
