BEDROOMS

The Jade Vine contains 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each). Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan, vaulted/beamed ceiling and is bathed in natural light. Plenty of outlets for multi-device charging. Blinds for privacy. Comfortable & new Cool Gel memory foam mattresses. Nestle yourself into a spacious bed and drift off to a restorative night’s sleep!


BATHROOMS

There's one full bathroom that contains a shower + tub combination. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Extra bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer are provided.

KITCHEN

The Jade Vine’s kitchen offers generous counter space and bar stool seating––perfect for groups that cook together. Love a Vitamix blender? We have you covered! Glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware. Coffee/Tea Bar (includes drip coffee maker, electric kettle + complimentary coffee & tea). Gas stovetop range, oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Pots/pans, baking sheet, oil, salt & pepper.

DINING ROOM

Enjoy the open flow from the kitchen to the dining table! Seating for 4 creates an intimate setting for quality family time, meals and games.

LIVING ROOM

Perfect for low-key nights in, our SmartTV will entertain your family as they relax and unwind on the heavenly leather couch and sofa chair. We provide a guest manual with all the information you need for your stay plus itineraries, restaurant suggestions, etc.

If you need assistance, we live in a separate home on the property and are happy to help make your stay the best it can be! By default, we give our guests privacy and space to truly enjoy their stay. We will be available to make sure you are settled in and adjusted as you arrive.

Guest access
The home is private and completely detached from the host’s home. You will be warmly greeted and provided with keys for entry. There is a separate small suite on the property where other guests might be staying. However, they use a separate entrance and have a separate outdoor space at the back of the property. You won’t share outdoor space with them.
