The space
The condo is located literally in the hub of SF and easy access to downtown SF, theater district, and adjacent to three popular neighborhoods. The adjacent neighborhoods are lively but unit has good sound insulation.

Parking is metered directly in front of the building from 9-6pm and no overnight parking. Sunday parking is free (except overnight). PLEASE read the street cleaning signs carefully. You need to feed the meter every 2 hours or you can download PayByPhone app. If you want to drive around and search for a bit, there is sometimes free (but very limited) parking on 12th Street. There is a paid parking lot on 12th Street and Howard (Soma Hub Garage) or just two blocks south: Zenanli Parking at 344 14th St, San Francisco, CA (415.350.1690).

Extra person charge of $100 per night per person for 3rd and 4th guest staying at the unit.

There is cable TV (basic channels) and Peacock, HBO, and Amazon Prime is set up for movies.

Quiet time is after 10 pm so please avoid loud music or playing instruments.

Please keep the screen door closed if using the balcony.

Please remove all shoes when your in the house.
