The space
- 3 Bedroom house in the charming town of Manayunk.

- Each room is single occupancy

- Washer & Dryer inside unit

- since this is a home share set up, we do not allow outside visitors or overnight visitors. This is to ensure the comfort, privacy, safety of all the other guests/roommates.


Bathroom
- Share 1-1/2 bathrooms
- wipe up after any spills. we keep disinfectant spray and wipes on the counter
- do not leave your personal toiletries around the bathroom sink or shower. Instead you can store your items on the shelf dedicated for your room.
- pls do not dry your towels in the bathroom. instead please dry them on the hook in your bedroom. This helps to keep the bathroom clear and clean.

Kitchen
- do not leave dirty dishes
- wipe up after yourself. we keep disinfectant spray and wipes on the counter

Air Conditioning - Heating / Cooling
- window ACs are installed in the summer months only. In the cold season the house has forced air which has a programmable smart thermostat that the host can control remotely. Guest are not able to change the thermostat settings
- please turn off the AC when you are leaving the house

- Guest can enjoy the outdoor deck which has a beautiful sunny view of Manayunk

- Close to all. Can walk 7 minutes to a river and nature trail

- there is only 1 parking space in the driveway. It is rented for $100 per month and will be given to whichever guest asked for it first

- Check-Out time is 11am sharp

There is a $15 per hour fee for early and/or late check-ins/check-outs. Please do let me know asap if you will need to change your arrival/departure time as it is not guarantee, but subject to availability/approval.
