This two bedroom property has ample space and is very close to all amenities in the Golden Triangle. The roof terrace with it's sea views, lounge furniture and mood lighting is perfect for evening drinks. This is a very private property.
Guests have access to golfclubs and 4 bikes, we advise you bring helmets.
Includes a nespresso, smart TV, smart kettle & high speed broadband as well as maid service for stays of over 6 days.
The space
Our roof terrace has a charcoal barbecue for evening entertainment or lounging on the furniture located up here too. There are 2 sun loungers here as well as outdoor lounge seating, perfect for watching the sun set.
There is a private terrace off the master bedroom with 2 sun loungers for private sun lounging.
There is a large terraced garden at the back with 2 sun loungers, gas BBQ and dining table for 8/10.
There is a gated front terrace with outdoor breakfast table for 4.
We have high speed broadband (up 70Mb) and a smart TV for your streaming needs.
The kitchen has all the equipment necessary to cook up a summer feast. It also has a nespresso machine and a smart kettle. Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, iron, pots, crockery and equipment.
There is air conditioning through out the house.
There are three bathrooms, with one en-suite to the master bedroom.
The back garden is laid out as a terrace with lovely shrubs.
The master suite has a large private terrace. It has a king size double bed with good matress, en-suite shower room, private furnished terrace and fitted wardrobes.
The family bed room has a single bed and a double bed as well as fitted wardrobes. All mattresses in this room are good quality and deep sprung. The family bathroom has bath, shower, double sink, WC and bidet.
Down stairs the guest toilet with WC and sink.
There is a Smart TV for streaming, and an office desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse to connect your laptop to.
There is a working wood burning stove for stays during the winter where the weather is a little cooler than the summer.
Guest access
Full access to the house, only a lock up out front, linen press and private wardrobe are locked.
We have 4 new bikes that you are welcome to use, locks are on the bikes and you need to use them. You will need to bring your own helmets. We also have a set of golf clubs that are available for use - we haven't used them in a long time!
Other things to note
There is a detailed folder in the house with more details about the house and the wifi code. There are also beach towels, beach umbrellas, picnic cooler trolley, two booster seats for a car, books and some games available in the house.
