The living area features a reclining couch and love seat, gas fireplace, and 60in TV.
A second living area is furnished with a sectional, desk with monitor/printer, and gas fireplace. An Xbox 360, foosball table, and a 55in TV provide hours of family fun.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Gather for meals at the eight-seat dining table, with room for four more at the bar. Two infant chairs add convenience.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom has a California king bed, 41in TV, fireplace, and crib. A balcony offers views of Mt. Tallac and a table for two. An en-suite bath has a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The guest room is equipped with a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and 37in TV. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. In winter months, you'll be centrally located between all three South Shore ski resorts -- Heavenly (7.8 miles), Sierra (10.9 miles), and Kirkwood (28.8 miles).
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. Parking for 1 guest is available in any unmarked parking space on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited, additional parking is available on Ski Run blvd but not during snow removal operations in winter.
