Fully equipped kitchen (see details below!), ample backyard space with a smokeless firepit, and professionally decorated and outfitted with very thoughtful touches, comfortable beds, and plush linens! The 3 spacious bedrooms boast two queen-sized beds and a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, which also offers a desk space for remote working/ learning! There are 2 bathrooms- one is shared and the other is an oversized ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and soaking tub. There is also a laundry room and a 2 car garage. The kitchen is well equipped with items like a Keurig, coffee maker, Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, crockpot, blender, baking dishes, and the list goes on! The family room has tons of natural light, comfy seating, and a fireplace you can all gather around to either play games or enjoy the smart TV (FREE Netflix)! The dining area comfortably sits 6 with more seating available on the covered patio. The backyard is fenced with outdoor seating and a smokeless fire pit!

** We are pet-friendly for 2 doggies, but do require you to let us know and pay an additional pet fee of $180 and agree to our pet rules.
** Exterior video surveillance at entrance points, which monitor with motion (Ring brand). We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras facing the interior or inside the house.
** NO Parties- you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund
** NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points
