The space
This is a large bright and sunny full private apartment (900 sf+, not shared, the entire apartment is private and used only by guests in your reservation (the place is very clean and professionally decorated and no one lives in this unit, it is setup for use full time only by Airbnb guests so there is no personal clutter). The apartment is accessed by going up one flight of stairs from the street level and occupies the entire top floor of a large house. The entire unit has been fully renovated and updated with new everything and is very stylish, neat, and clean.

Entering the spacious living room, there is a leather club chair with a large ottoman and a very comfortable large futon couch for seating and watching TV. A wall-mounted Roku equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen high-def TV with a soundbar is perfect for binge-watching Netflix. A small pool table is included for shooting pool with your friends and a bay window overlooks the street below and has a desk centered in the middle for using your laptop with a view. The fold-down reclining futon/couch is top quality from Crate and Barrel and can fold flat into a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 adults comfortably, thus allowing the living room to double as a second bedroom.

in the front of the living room, there is a smaller room that serves as a front office and/or sleeping area and a 2-person air mattress allows sleeping 2 more adults for a total comfortable sleeping capacity of 6 adults in the apartment. In the hall between the kitchen and living room is a full newly tiled bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower, a custom tiled back splash vanity, and a towel closet opposite the bathroom in the hall is fully stocked with clean linens and towels.

The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large walk-in closet with mirror doors to spread the light, and a desk and task chair for a nice private work area. A 32-inch TV at the end of the bed has Roku for watching Netflix or Youtube in bed. The back bedroom window provides a view of downtown Boston and a nice ocean breeze (the house is only 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and you can walk 5 min from the house to beautiful Constitution Beach park which has a full large nice sand public and park-like landscaping with cooking areas, picnic tables and lots of grassy areas.

The large sun-splashed modern and fully renovated eat-in kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric ceramic glass topped stove and overhead microwave, a kitchen table with seating, a Keurig machine with complimentary assorted coffee and tea K-cups, and plenty of cabinets and counter space for food storage and meal preparation. A back door off the kitchen provides access to an over/under washer and dryer to do laundry and an emergency exit rear staircase going down to ground level.

A laundry room is accessible within the back stairwell just outside the unit (the laundry is often used during the day by the cleaning crew to wash sheets, etc. but you are free to use it anytime besides 1-4 pm). There are no shared spaces in the actual apartment and it is clutter-free and only used as an Airbnb guest apartment.

Guest access
The unit is an entirely separate apartment taking up the whole top floor of a multi-unit house and has its own separate private enclosed glass front entryway with 24/7 keypad code lock access (including self-check-in anytime after 4 pm). Free street parking is available (even overnight) but to avoid tickets pay close attention to signs on the sidewalk identifying certain street parking areas reserved for residents-only, and other areas that have daytime parking restrictions (eg. 2 hr. max).
